By filling out the above booking request sheet you agree to our booking & refund policy. Within 24 hours you will recieve an e-mail from us with a confirmation if your requested stay is available. We might ask some additional questions to make your stay an unforgettable experience. After that you will recieve a second e-mail coontaining your final confirmation, more informations on your stay and payment options. We require our guests to pay within 2 days. After we recieved your payment your room is booked. Cancelations are possible up to 7 days before your booking, and will be refunded 100 %. Within 7 days before your booking, cancelations and refunds are no longer accepted.
